PROJECT NOTES / OCTOBER 23, 2026
FAKE PAPERWORK.
REAL PRIVACY DETAILS.
What happens to a warrant?
The app creates it in your browser. It has no account system, analytics, advertising pixels, wallet connection, or application database. It does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage.
Squad names, the full nickname lineup, the charge, and the most recent six replies are encoded in the part of the link after the #. Anyone with that link can read, edit, or forward them. It is encoding, not encryption. Use nicknames and fictional banter; leave private information out.
URL fragments are not sent to this app’s web server in normal HTTP requests. They can still be visible to browser extensions, browsing history, screenshots, link recipients, and any service you choose to share with. Your hosting provider may keep normal request logs, including IP addresses.
Replies are branches, not votes.
Each reply creates a new link. There is no central case file, verified identity, live tally, or shared inbox. Two people replying to the same link create separate branches. The newest six actions travel with each branch; the reply counter stops at 99. Nothing here verifies an actual trade or a person’s involvement.
Sharing is your choice.
Copying saves text to your clipboard. Saving creates a PNG on your device. The Share button opens your device’s share sheet when supported, or gives you text to copy. The app never posts automatically. Links preview with the general BLAME DEPT. artwork; attach the exported PNG to show your specific warrant.
What is $BLAME?
It is the planned Solana meme token for this independent project. The app is free with no token purchase or wallet required. Holding a token would not grant competition entry, prize rights, revenue rights, verified status, or promised returns. The official mint and Pump.fun link will be displayed on the home page if launched. A ticker alone does not identify a token.
About the competition
BLAME DEPT. is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pump.fun. It is a social toy inspired by squad competition, not a registration tool or PNL tracker. For actual participation rules, use the official announcement and the competition terms.
Keep the bit friendly.
Make playful fictional warrants with your friends. Don’t use them to impersonate someone, expose private details, or make real accusations. All charges and sentences are jokes.
Artwork and fonts
The scapegoat illustration was created for BLAME DEPT. with OpenAI’s image generation tool. The interface and export layouts were built for this project. Archivo and Geist Mono are self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License; license files are included with the site.
